Hey folks! I know I've been quiet for ages, but I've had a lot going on in my life. 

That said, I'll be at Otakon 2018 this coming weekend of August 10-12! I'll be at booth G09 in the Artist Alley! If you'll be there, stop by and say hi!

It's been ages since I posted a journal and barely as much since I posted anything at all. 

Between the death of my father at the beginning of 2017, the hell of moving myself in with friends while my mother and I bought a house, then the hell of moving her from DC to my area kinda wore on me. Then I got really sick in December, turned out to be cancer, and resulted in my having surgery on the 29th of January this year. I'm clean now, but I have a crapload of bills to pay from some of it. Plus I can't work for another three weeks or so, barely can handle driving yet (abdominal surgery, whee), and get tired really easily so posting and maintaining have been far back on my mind. 

Just figured I'd post an update.
